STGK was put in charge of the environmental design for the center courtyard, which was the core of the shopping complex renewal project.
We have reduced the construction footprints of existing buildings and car parks spanning across 9,000 square meters and created a “Mori Niwa” (forest garden).
With a central water feature, an olive tree from Spain which is hundreds of years old, and a grass covered mound for children to run around, this open community space demonstrates how a new form of neighborhood shopping center can be more accessible for local people.
